About the stone:
Labradorite is a captivating feldspar gemstone known for its remarkable flashes of iridescent blue, green, gold, and sometimes violet. At first glance, it may appear gray or dark, but when tilted toward the light, it reveals a brilliant display of shifting colors known as labradorescence. The gemstone was first described in Labrador, Canada, in the late 18th century, and named after this Canadian region. Its luminous blue and green flashes often resemble the colors of the aurora borealis.
